Kaplan Thompson House First LEED Platinum Home in Virginia

designed this Modern Kaplan Thompson House features four bedroom family home and loft merges contemporary architecture with a sustainable footprint that leaves even us totally green with envy. The house is located at 5803 16th Street North in Arlington, Virginia. its a nice efficient residential projects designed with collaboration between Metro Green and Kaplan Thompson Architects.

The kaplan thompson house project received its first LEED Platinum home, which simultaneously holds the honor of Best Single Family Residential Project from the Virginia Sustainable Building Network. It received a HERS score of 51, Energy Star rating of 5+ Stars, and Energy Star certification for exceptional indoor air quality. The site design features zero site runoff for a one-inch rain event.
